Terms and Conditions
All children must be enrolled and payment received prior to starting their sessions. Enrolment is made via our online booking system. Please get into contact with us if you are having trouble with this before your lessons start. Enrolments, bookings and payments are for a full set of 5 weeks. Refunds for missed lessons or change of mind will not be given. An adult must attend with each child for the sessions. A written photography consent form is required for all students. This will be provided upon enrolment and must be completed prior to their first session.
Orders and Refunds
All purchases made are final and limits apply per product. Please choose carefully. Please get into contact with us if you have any trouble with your purchase within 3 days of receiving the order. We will not refund for change of mind or any other reason. In the event that something is damaged, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We may require photographic evidence to resolve the issue.
Shipping and Delivery
Currently, we only service customers within Australia. Purchases are shipped and delivered via Australia Post. Delays may occur during busy periods. Please allow for a few extra days when ordering in peak times.
Personal details are collected for the purpose of enrolments, to fulfil purchases and for our email subscription. We respect your privacy. Your details will not be given to any third party.
